Terms of Service
The rules for using Zugo.

1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zugo (the "Service"), operated by [TO BE COMPLETED: registered company name], company number [TO BE COMPLETED: company registration number], registered at [TO BE COMPLETED: registered postal address] ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Zugo turns a text prompt into a game, landing page, or interactive web app. Each build is run in a sandbox to check that it boots and renders before it is shown to you. This check is a best-effort technical verification. It does not guarantee that a build is bug-free, fit for any particular purpose, secure, or compliant with any law. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any output before you rely on or publish it.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and one account per person unless we agree otherwise.
4. Credits & billing
The Service runs on prepaid credits. Generating a build consumes credits. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed when used. New accounts may receive a small one-time free credit allowance; this is limited to one allowance per person and may be withheld or reversed where we detect abuse (e.g. disposable email addresses, or multiple accounts from the same device or network created to obtain free credits). Paid credits and subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Payments are collected by [TO BE COMPLETED: registered company name] trading as Zugo, and the charge appears on your statement as "AFM DIGITAL* ZUGO". Prices may change prospectively; changes do not affect credits you have already purchased. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harmful content; (b) attempt to farm free credits, evade usage limits, or circumvent our abuse controls; (c) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted; (d) reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attack the Service; or (e) violate the terms of any third-party platform on which you deploy a build. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and sets this out in full.
6. Your content & ownership
As between you and us, you own the prompts you submit and the build outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by law, and you are solely responsible for them. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, store, and display your content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to your inputs and that your content and its use do not violate any law or third-party right.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service itself (the platform, software, the Zugo name, logo, and look and feel) is owned by [TO BE COMPLETED: registered company name] and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our marks.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including AI providers for generation, Stripe for payments, Supabase for data and authentication, and Vercel for hosting. Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
9. AI-generated output
Builds are produced by automated AI systems. Output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to output generated for others, and is provided on an "as is" basis. You must review output before using it, and you are responsible for ensuring it is lawful and appropriate for your use.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [TO BE COMPLETED: registered company name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or US$50. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or the statutory rights of consumers.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold [TO BE COMPLETED: registered company name] harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
15. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Legal notices may be sent by post to [TO BE COMPLETED: registered company name], [TO BE COMPLETED: registered postal address], and questions to support@zugo.dev.
Language
This document is published in English and in Russian. The English version is the controlling version: if the two differ in meaning, the English text governs. The Russian translation is provided so you can read what you are agreeing to, and we will correct any translation error you report to support@zugo.dev.
