Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Zugo and forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to removal of content, suspension, or termination.
1. Prohibited content
Do not create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful or infringing; contains malware or exploits; is hateful, harassing, or threatening; sexually exploits or endangers minors; promotes violence or self-harm; is deceptive, spammy, or impersonates others; or exposes other people's private or personal data without permission.
2. Prohibited conduct
Do not: abuse or farm free credits, or create multiple accounts to evade limits; probe, attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; scrape it at scale; resell or sublicense it without permission; or use a build in a way that violates the rules of any third-party platform where you deploy it.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, throttle or limit usage, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. We may act without notice where needed to protect the Service or others.
4. Reporting
To report a violation, email support@zugo.dev with a link and a short description.
Language
This document is published in English and in Russian. The English version is the controlling version: if the two differ in meaning, the English text governs. The Russian translation is provided so you can read what you are agreeing to, and we will correct any translation error you report to support@zugo.dev.
