Overview

1. Filing a notice
If you believe content on Zugo infringes your copyright, send our designated agent (below) a written notice that includes: identification of the work; identification and location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material; your name, address, and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
2. Designated agent

3. Counter-notification
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(i).
