Overview

AFM Digital LLC respects intellectual-property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

1. Filing a notice

If you believe content on Zugo infringes your copyright, send our designated agent (below) a written notice that includes: identification of the work; identification and location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material; your name, address, and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

2. Designated agent

3. Counter-notification

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(i).

This document is published in English and in Russian. The English version is the controlling version: if the two differ in meaning, the English text governs.
